• Business information: type of project, industry, estimated budget, needs and messages sent;
• Content of communications: messages exchanged through forms, e-mail, WhatsApp and other channels.

2.2. Data collected automatically

• Browsing data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system and pages visited;
• Source data: the campaign, ad or link that brought you to us (UTM and referral parameters);
• Cookies and identifiers: as described in the Cookies section.

2.3. WhatsApp data

Phone number and profile name, along with the content of the messages exchanged with our service channel.

3. Forms and sales contact

We provide contact, quote, newsletter and lead capture forms on our website and landing pages. By filling in and submitting a form, you agree that Singlec may use the information provided to get back to you, prepare proposals and manage the business relationship.

• Required fields are the minimum needed to serve you; optional fields help us tailor the proposal;
• Lead data may be recorded in our CRM and marketing automation tools to follow up on the deal;
• With your consent, we may send marketing communications, news and offers. You can opt out at any time.

We use personal data for the following purposes:

• Responding to requests and providing sales and support service;
• Qualifying leads, preparing proposals and managing the contractual relationship;
• Operating and improving our automated service assistants;
• Running marketing and communication activities, with consent;
• Improving our website, services and user experience;
• Preventing fraud and keeping operations secure;
• Complying with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

6. Automated service and artificial intelligence

Part of our initial service is handled by automated assistants, including the WhatsApp bot, which may use artificial intelligence to understand and reply to your messages. These assistants process the content you send solely to handle the request and route it to the right area.

You can always ask to be served by a human member of our team, and the handover happens automatically when needed. No decision with significant legal effects is taken solely on an automated basis without the possibility of human review, under article 20 of the LGPD.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, measure performance and support our marketing. Cookies may be:

• Essential: required for the site to work;
• Analytics: help us understand how the site is used (e.g. audience metrics);
• Marketing: allow us to measure campaigns and show relevant ads.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third parties strictly where necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

All processors act on Singlec's instructions and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

9. International data transfer

Some of our partners and technology providers may be located outside Brazil. In those cases, the international transfer of data is carried out in compliance with the LGPD, with appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data.

10. Retention and disposal

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, observing the applicable legal and regulatory periods. Once the purpose ends, or upon a valid deletion request, data is securely disposed of, except where retention is required by law.

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, destruction or any form of improper processing, including access control, encryption where applicable and environment monitoring.

Despite our efforts, no system is completely immune to incidents; should a relevant incident occur, we will take the appropriate measures and notify data subjects and the ANPD when required.

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you may at any time, upon request, exercise the following rights:

• Confirmation that processing exists;
• Access to the data;
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
• Portability of the data to another provider;
• Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
• Information about the sharing of your data with third parties;
• Information about the possibility of refusing consent and the consequences of doing so;
• Withdrawal of consent.

13. Children's and teenagers' data

Our services and channels are intended for people over 18 and for companies. We do not knowingly collect data from children or teenagers. If we identify such processing without proper consent, we will take steps to delete the data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, in the law or in our services. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. We recommend checking it periodically.
