No. The free plan is permanent: two users, two modules of your choosing, no credit card and no deadline. It is not a 14-day trial that expires and starts charging.

It depends on the plan. The free plan holds two users, Starter goes up to a hundred and Professional up to two hundred and fifty. Above that the account is sized by contract, on the Enterprise plan. The current limits are on the Qualitysin plans page.

Yes. Every report, non-conformity, audit and document can be exported and downloaded straight from the platform in standard formats.

It depends on the complexity. Company websites take 2 to 4 weeks. Landing pages, 1 to 2 weeks. Software and apps range from 2 to 6 months depending on scope. We set realistic dates during the initial briefing.

To request cancellation, contact our service team. The process is simple and transparent, following the terms in the contract. SaaS platforms have no minimum lock-in.

It is Singlec's automotive logistics platform for the Roll-on/Roll-off model. It controls the yard, quality, PDI, loading and distribution over a single vehicle record, from the end of the production line to delivery at the dealer. It has been in operation since 2018 and more than two million vehicles have gone through it.

All rolling cargo: cars, vans, trucks, buses, motorcycles and heavy machinery. Once the chassis is read, the system already knows the manufacturer, model, type, weight and dimensions, and that data decides the slot in the yard, the position on the ship's deck and the place on the truck.

Yes. Events are triggered by the operation itself, filing cargo presence and the bonded area's legal compliance through the customs API, with no parallel data entry. The yard can be bonded or non-bonded.

It does. The checker's app works offline and syncs when the connection comes back. The web portal updates in real time, and both work over the same base.

No. RFID is an optional module, switched on when the operation needs it. When it does, we deliver the whole set: the antenna and portal infrastructure, the tags and the middleware already built into the platform.
